I do NOT lose!

Wanna know what I’m talking about?! Of course you do!

Well this weekend we went to our friends Kinya and Nate’s church/family picnic. It was soooo much fun. I wish they had a website for their ministry, oh well. But the picnic was soo much fun, that is until the games began.

Now alot of people don’t know this about me, but I am a winner! LOL Meaning I play hard and play to win!

So initially I was like nah I’ll sit out, b/c I HATE to lose, but said what dahell I’ll play anyway.

Well I’ll have you know that my team came from a 5-2 deficit in softball to win 7-5 and that was WITH Kinya’s brother-in-law cheating! LOL

Yall I wish I would have gotten the game on video (I did take pics which are still on the camera) so yall could have seen me running and diving for balls, hustling and sliding for bases. LOL

We won at volleyball too!

but can someone tell me why Sunday morning I couldn’t walk!!!

I don’t know WHO told my ass I could still play so aggressively! I wish they’d given me the memo the said “Patrice yo ass is NOT young antymore, Sit yo ass down!” lol

Today I actually feel somewhat back to normal, my muscles only scream when I go up stairs. lol

  1. Sounds like a blast at the picnic. I love to play games at them. It’s such a nice way to get to know other people you have never met.

I can understand how you feel about getting old. After Orlando and Six Flags I had aches for days afterward. Who do we think we are? TEENAGERS! LOL!

Keep hope alive girl! Tee Hee!

  2. Girl, you didn’t get the memo because it came to me!!! My mother was right, when they said everything fall aparts in your 30’s i have all types of ailments I never knew I had.

  3. @ adrienne… that only refers to the physical me.. the mental part, well. lol

Sheila and Erica, I did! I had so much fun!

Cas… I’m clinging to the young and fun person I used to be!!! lol

Urbanknitrix.. girl you betta share that info! You could have saved me some pain! LOL

  4. I SO hate losing too! I sure hope I win BIG later on this week!

No pain no gain!! Looks like the games was a great workout! :o)

  5. Only when you walk up the stairs? Well hopefully you don’t have to walk up stairs too often. Don’t you miss the days when you could play hard and not feel it in the morning. lol
